Subaru hasn’t been known for their interior design and although it has improved, it’s still not the best. Their choice of faux carbon fiber accents around the interior of the car doesn’t help give it a more premium feel, but installing a real carbon fiber steering wheel trim cover will!
The 2022+ Subaru WRX comes with some faux carbon fiber on few spots in the interior. This seems to have become common practice with some of the newer sports cars even though we find it a bit tacky.
